The Southington Chapter of UNICO is sponsoring a Valentine’s Day Celebration called ‘Notte d’Amore’ (Night of Love): Chocolate and Wine.”

Usually, this event is held at the Aqua Turf with a fabulous 4 course dinner followed by dancing and all-night cordials. Unfortunately, the high rate of flu, Covid and RSV cases have impacted our in-person events.

This is further heightened by the high cost of goods and services. In order to continue its fundraising efforts which are integral to continuing to help our community, UNICO has had to make necessary adjustments in order to accomplish its goals.

Once again, Notte d’Amore will consist of purchasing a gift bag.  The gift bag will contain:

$50 gift card to the New Mill
$20 gift card to Manhattan (this is a new addition)
2 bottles of wine (red and white)
Italian and assorted chocolate candies
A red rose

The gift bags must be pre-ordered and will be available for pickup only at the Calendar House in Southington on Saturday, February 11 between 12p.m. and 3:00p.m.

The cost is $85 per gift bag. We have limited gift bags (125) so please order as soon as possible since they do go quickly. You can place your order here.
There is an additional $2.75 admin fee per bag for using this service.

Please help us to continue to support local charities and organizations such as Bread for Life, Relay for Life, Community Services, Unified Sports (a trademark of Special Olympics), the Cooley’s Anemia Foundation, Nursing and book scholarships and numerous other requests for help we receive throughout the year but especially during this most difficult time for many.
